In order to capture clients needs to address client's husband's failing health with debilitating conditions, main focus was to have ADA accessibility throughout the house in order for her husband to move around freely as his health deteriorates. Whole house was ADA complaint including hidden ADA accessible ramp on the exterior of the house. Inside of the three level house, an elevator was installed to help with the stairs and accessibility to the Master suite, which had special Hydrotherapy tub and shower installed to help with the rehabilitation process. The house was created in Tuscan villa style with high end finishes throughout the home such as stone fireplace, cove lighting in the family room, cherry kitchen cabinetry, granite counter tops, Brazilian cherry hardwood floors throughout the house, brass chandelier, all high end plumbing fixtures by Perrin and Rowe, beautiful custom stone tile work in each bathroom and back splash in the kitchen, custom stairs with wrought iron balustrades and solid oak custom hand rails, 8" custom millwork throughout the house, paver stone driveway and Trex deck with ADA accessibility, wrought iron custom balconies. Whole in-law apartment was designed in the lower level to accommodate the aging mother of the client. The whole house beamed of discrete opulence while being elegant without being over the top.
