Worked with the client to design a house to accommodate ADA requirements for a spouse. Whole house was taken down to the foundation and re-built with an addition and attached garage. Oversaw and scheduled all subcontractors, negotiated contracts with subcontractors, selected all finish materials and negotiated with vendors. Oversaw all aspects of construction from foundations, masonry, rough framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, drywall, finish carpentry including kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, custom stone tiles and custom stair case and elevator install. All permitting and code inspections with local municipality. Final punch list created with the client and completed.
