Designed and space planned home office addition to existing structure on the crawl space. New addition included white oak floors, can lighting and ceiling fan and ample natural light from oversized windows and patio doors. New courtyard style patio was created for new outdoor space. Oversaw all aspects of construction from demolition, foundations, rough framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, drywall; finish carpentry and exterior siding and lights. Acquired all appropriate permits from local municipality, met with local officials for code enforcement.
