This roughly translates to 10 houses per week have been completed for Sam’s vendors such as Ason’s, LPS, Charter Home Alliance,etc . Oversaw and scheduled required repairs such as plumbing, electrical, new kitchens and bathrooms – created new layouts and procured necessary materials to complete the job, painting and property maintenance. Provided progress and completion reports to vendors on all properties.
